Jacob 2:18-19:
"But before ye seek for riches, seek ye for the kingdom of God. And after ye have obtained a hope in Christ ye shall obtain riches, if ye seek them; and ye will see them for the intent to do good--to clothe the naked, and to feed the hungry, and to liberate the captive, and administer relief to the sick and the afflicted."

This life isn't about being rich by the worlds standards, but being rich by the Lord's standards. We need to fill our lives with the Gospel, fill it will service!!

"Do not suppose, because it has been spoken concerning restoration, that ye shall be restored from sin to happiness. Behold, I say unto you, wickedness never was happiness."

Doing the wrong thing might look great for a moment, but once you sin you realize that it wasn't as great as it looked. Doing what's right always gives us blessings and brings us joy!

Heavenly Father has provided answers to our prayers and comfort in times of need....they are often found in the scriptures.

Stake Book of Mormon Challenge

Hello ladies! Today is November 1st which means it is the start of the Stake Book of Mormon Challenge to read the Book of Mormon 3 times in 3 months! We are excited for this challenge and it goes along side the challenge that President Pendleton gave us to read by the end of the year.

Do your best and read what you can! Even if you just read it once in 3 months. We know that this challenge will help us grow spiritually. Good luck!!!
